Description
The 2019 Tsugami B038T CNC Swiss-Type Lathe combines the precision, accuracy, and speed of a high-performance Swiss-type lathe with the flexibility of a turning center equipped with a turret. This 9-axis machine is engineered for the efficient production of complex, tight-tolerance components in a single setup, minimizing secondary operations while delivering exceptional accuracy and repeatability.
Built as a rugged, powerful platform, the B038T performs seven different types of simultaneous machining operations—including heavy milling, turning, drilling, tapping, hobbing, and long thread whirling—involving the front, back, and cross spindles.
