Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing your machine for crating and freight pickup.

Crated & Scheduled
Your machine is crated, weighed, and measured, and we schedule pickup with our freight carrier.

In Transit
You’ll receive tracking details and an estimated delivery window by email once the shipment is picked up.

Delivered to You
The carrier contacts you to schedule delivery. Inspect the crate before signing and report any visible damage immediately.
Domestic & International Shipping
Within the United States
Most domestic shipments are delivered via LTL freight within 5–15 business days, depending on distance and carrier availability. Standard delivery is to a commercial address with dock or forklift access. Residential or liftgate delivery can be arranged for an additional fee, noted at checkout.
Outside the United States
International shipments are quoted individually based on destination, customs requirements, and freight method (ocean or air). Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. Contact our team before ordering for an international freight quote.
Inspecting Your Delivery
Always inspect the crate and machine before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice visible damage, note it on the delivery paperwork and take photos immediately. Damage reported within 48 hours of delivery is handled under our shipping damage process; claims reported later may not be eligible. Contact our team right away so we can file a freight claim on your behalf.

How is my shipping cost calculated?
Shipping is calculated based on the machine’s weight, dimensions, crating requirements, and your delivery location. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Do I need a loading dock or forklift to receive my machine?
Standard freight delivery assumes dock or forklift access. If you don’t have either, select liftgate delivery at checkout, or contact us beforehand so we can arrange it.
How long does shipping take?
Most domestic shipments arrive within 5–15 business days after your machine ships. You’ll receive tracking information once it’s picked up from our freight yard.
What if my machine arrives damaged?
Inspect the crate before signing for delivery. Note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork, take photos, and contact us within 48 hours so we can file a freight claim.
Can I arrange my own freight carrier or pickup?
In most cases, yes. Contact our team before placing your order if you’d like to arrange third-party freight or local pickup from our warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
We do, on a quote basis. Contact us with your destination and the machine you’re interested in, and we’ll provide an international freight estimate, including any relevant customs guidance.
