Description

The 2016 Haas UMC-750SS Universal Machining Center is a high-performance 5-axis solution engineered for both 3+2 positioning and full simultaneous 5-axis machining. Built around an integrated dual-axis trunnion table with a 500 mm diameter platter, this Super-Speed model delivers exceptional productivity for complex, multi-sided parts in a single setup.

This machine is extensively equipped for automated, high-throughput production. Key features include:

  • Travels: 30″ X, 20″ Y, and 20″ Z axis
  • Spindle: 15,000 RPM, 30 HP, 40-taper for fast, powerful cutting
  • B-Axis Tilt: +120° to -35° with full 360° C-axis rotation
  • Tool Changer: 40+1 automatic tool changer

It comes outfitted with a Midaco Automatic Pallet Changer to minimize spindle downtime, Through-Spindle Coolant (TSC) for deep-pocket and demanding applications, High Speed Machining (HSM), and an integrated chip conveyor for efficient chip management.
