Description

The DEIMCO Door Finishing System is a complete, turnkey industrial finishing line engineered for high-throughput door and panel coating operations. This never-used system is currently disassembled, having only been powered up during a trial run, making it an exceptional value for manufacturers seeking production-ready finishing capability.

  • Conveyor System: Heavy-duty overhead conveyor with 140′ long chain and 28 heavy-duty hooks on 60″ centers (150 lb. capacity each).
  • Spray Booth: 20′ wide wet spray containment booth paired with two DVLE-120 vertical reciprocators.
  • Spray Package: Pre-plumbed Graco air-assisted (AA) spray package for consistent, efficient coating.
  • Oven: 14′ long DEIMCO non-solvent-rated combination oven for reliable curing.
  • Controls: Pre-wired, UL-listed electrical controls with VPN remote troubleshooting support.

Requires 480V / 3-phase / 300 amp power and a 90 PSI / 20 ACFM air supply. The overall footprint measures approximately 46′ 9″ L × 35′ 3″ W with structure heights up to 15′ 3″. DEIMCO provides onsite re-assembly and startup assistance to get your line running quickly. All specifications must be confirmed by the purchasing entity.
