Description
The Guyson RXS-900 6-Spindle Rotary Indexing Blast Finishing System is a high-production automated surface finishing machine engineered for consistent, repeatable results across medium-to-high volume runs. Built around a robust cam indexer, six evenly spaced revolving work spindles rotate through the process area to present components accurately in front of the blast guns.
Housed in a rubber-lined, continuously welded steel cabinet with pneumatic entry and exit doors, the system delivers thorough 360-degree coverage for surface preparation, cosmetic finishing, deburring, and shot peening applications.
