Description

The 2021 Okuma LT3000-EX-3T3MY is a high-performance twin-spindle, multi-axis CNC turning center built for done-in-one production machining. Configured to the 15.08 USA standard with the advanced OSP P300LA THINC control, it delivers simultaneous roughing, finishing, and back-working in a single setup for maximum throughput and precision.

  • Three turrets (two upper, one lower), each a 16-station multitasking V16 design with stationary and live (M) tool capability in all stations
  • Y-axis capability on all turrets (4.92″ travel) for off-center and complex milling operations
  • Big-bore main and sub-spindles rated at 30/20 HP, A2-8 nose, 3.58″ bore, 50–4,200 RPM, with Kitagawa actuation and Hainbuch collet chucks
  • Live milling spindles up to 6,000 RPM, ER32 collet capability, synchronized tapping

Precision features include Thermo-Active Stabilization (TAS-C), Collision Avoidance System, and automatic tool touch-setter. The package also includes an Edge FMB Turbo bar feeder, MP-1200 mist collection, 1,000 PSI high-pressure coolant, side hinge chip conveyor, and an extensive live and static tooling complement. Swing over bed is 21.65″ with up to 17.7″ turning diameter, making this a versatile platform for demanding high-production environments.
