Description
The 2020 Porta Solutions Multicenter 3-Spindle 5-Axis Machining Center is a high-output production machine engineered to triple throughput within a single compact footprint. Compared to conventional single-spindle horizontal machining centers that process one component per cycle, this architecture multiplies productivity by three, reducing cycle time per finished component and balancing cutting loads for demanding production environments.
Built with three independent spindles and a 4-station pallet system, it is ideally suited for automotive, hydraulic, and high-volume industrial part manufacturing. Key specifications include:
